  12-session workshop that combines field production training and Basic  
 Final Cut Pro editing. Learn the fundamentals of camera operations\, sho
 t  composition\, basic lighting and audio. Explore concepts of editing  
 while developing an understanding of media management. Gain practical  e
 xperience and work as part of a team to produce short video projects  th

  a   graduate of the New England Institute of Art with a Bachelor&rsquo\

 ce writing\,   producing\, shooting and editing documentaries\, working 
 as crew on   narrative films as well as freelance video work at Harvard 
 University   and the Massachusetts State House.\nMonique Douglas is BNN&
 rsquo\;s Youth Program and Media Lab Coordinator.   Douglas came to BNN 
 in 2002 from the Boston independent film community.   As one of the yout
 h coordinators\, she teaches high school students  media  production and
  their work has won the PEG Access &ldquo\;Hometown Video  Awards&rdquo\
