The Boston Public Health Commission is subsidizing the annual fee for Hubway – reducing it from $60 to $15 – for qualifying individuals. The subsidy includes a free helmet. No, Charlestown doesn't have a Hubway station (yet), but there are a couple just over the Charlestown Bridge. http://patch.com/A-lZ5k
