The Boys & Girls Club hosted their 8th Annual New England Patriots Game Day fundraiser on Sunday in City Square. It was a rough afternoon for the Pats, but a win for the local clubhouse.

We braced ourselves at the beginning of the week because work officially began on the Craigie Drawbridge, closing traffic on O'Brien Highway and re-routing cars through the neighborhood. But we were spared any major delays. Those who served were honored on Veterans Day and the week wrapped up with several fundraisers and community events. Local nonprofits are surely gearing up for the holiday season.
