Keep Charlestown safe and healthy. Dog fouling in public is unhealthy and degrades the community. Anyone walking with a dog and promoting their pet to relieve itself in public is putting our health at risk. Even if they pick-up, the contaminants left behind poses a serious health risk to humans.
