Neighborhood Council Launches New Website
The page will keep residents informed with meeting times, agendas, minutes and more.
The Charlestown Neighborhood Council on Monday launched a new website.
“I decided that the CNC needed to have a website so people could keep track of the meetings and the results of the meetings,” said council member Diane Grant, who designed the site.
Located at charlestownneighborhoodcouncil.org, the website lists the names and email addresses for all council members and committee members as well as upcoming meeting dates, agendas and minutes.
This week’s calendar features two events: the council’s general meeting, scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 4, and the Rutherford Avenue/Austin Street meeting, scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 6, both at the Knights of Columbus, 545 Medford St.
Residents interested in appearing before the council at one of their meetings can contact council vice chairman David Whelan at 617-201-3802 or firstname.lastname@example.org to be put on the following month’s agenda, according to the website.
