Donation Spotlight: Lions Club's Coat Drive

Have a winter coat you've moved on from? The Lions Club can put it to good use.

The Lions Club is collecting coats for children, babies and adults between now and January 8, 2012.

Coats can be left at the Charlestown Cooperative Bank during regular banking hours, and they will be taken to Anton's Cleaners where the company will clean all of them for free.

When cleaned, the coats will be distributed by community agencies to those in need. All donations must be gently used, good quality and must not have tears, holes, broken zippers, or permanent stains. Sweatshirts, vests and spring coats will not be accepted.
