Charlestown-wide Yard Sale Rescheduled

The event, which benefits Trinity Recovery For Women, has been postponed from this Saturday because of anticipated rain. The new date is June 1.

The townwide yard sale that was scheduled this Saturday in Charlestown has been postponed because of expected rain.

Trinity Recovery For Women is sponsoring the event as a fundraiser for the nonprofit organization. For a $15 donation, residents could register their yard sale to appear on a brochure to be distributed before the sale day.

With the event rescheduled for Saturday, June 1, residents have a little more time to register their yard sales to be included in the program, according to Diane Grant, director of Trinity Recovery For Women. To register, print and fill out the form on the Trinity website and mail with a $15 check made payable to “Trinity Recovery For Women” to 259 Main St., Charlestown, MA 02129.
