Ward 2 precinct 2 has a 2 hr wait due to poor organization. There is only one person checking in voters

The Harvard/Kent School was a mess this morning and there was blatant voter intimidation by a worker whose name I believe was Anthony Grays.

I arrived at about 7:30 and joined the long line.

After about five minutes a guy came out and started asking people what ward and precinct they were. When he got to me I said I didn't know.

This was my first time voting at Harvard/Kent. For the last five years I voted at the middle school

After saying I did not know, he started making fun of me for not know, pointing and laughing at me.

I refused to allow him to get the best of me and asked why he was making fun of me and I said I would report him. I also asked that he look me up in the book of voter rolls he was holding.

He continued making fun of me and asked me my name. He then thumbed through his book and said I needed to wait in the long line but people form 2-4 should come with him.

I realized that voter rolls are by street and not by name. So, I looked myself up on the city's webpage (ipad) and learned I was in 2-4.

I called him back and showed him the display from the city's webpage. He then said to follow him inside and he tried to get me to cut the very long line, which I did not want to do.

Another poll worker, whose name I did not get, asked if she could help and after showing her the display from the webpage, she told me that I needed to join a line at the other end of the gym with less than ten people in it. At this line, they looked me up by street address and I voted with no problem.
So, I was made fun of, asked irrelevant info, and directed to the wrong line.

The organization at the Harvard-Kent was nonexistent this morning. I arrived at 6:50 and when I asked which line I should stand in, none of the election officials could tell me. They couldn't even answer which line was for 2-2 and which was for 2-4, just shook their heads blankly. Finally, a different election official asked my address and then pointed towards what turned out to be the wrong line. I waited in that line for 30 minutes, along with one of my neighbors who had also been misdirected. Once I finally made it to the voting box, I realized that I had been handed THREE ballots. Which is illegal. I cannot believe how poorly that polling station was run. Next year, I am going to take the day off of work and volunteer to work there. It was a disgrace.

Voted this morning at Warren Prescott. Really crowded at 7:30 AM but lines moved along as we stood out in the cold. Excellent organization.

I was the Harvard-Kent today and I agree it was unbelieveable how disorganized it was. FIrst off, there was one line outside the building. Then you got inside where hundreds of people were in line. The people "working" there with books eventually got to some people in line and said there were actually 2 lines. I was 2-2 which was the lines of hundreds. 2-4 which is about 1/8 the size had the same number of workers and absolutely no line. I am really unclear what the 4 people at each table did because really it was 2 people who did all of the work. So back to waiting in line..after waiting approximately 45 minutes a volunteer announced there were 2 different lines and the 2-2 was in the front of the room, which was technically correct, however since the size is so much larger than 2-4 we were for the most part in the correct line and this man was having people cut us!!! Well a few of us spoke up and this stopped occuring. But come on, you are "working" there, you should know that the line is wrapped around the gym. No one ever asked for an ID, so I can absolutely see how someone could give someone else's name and vote not to mention the person who got 3 ballots. HORRIBLE! People should have been outside organizing the situation and put up some better signage. I had a family member vote in the middle of the day and she got harassed while there. 2+ hours for me and 1.15 hours at 2pm. This needs to be fixed. Utter disgrace!
