Alleged Dog Poisoner to Face Court Today

KENNETH HYLAND, 53, of Everett is expected to be arraigned today in Charlestown District Court on charges that he tried to poison animals by placing antifreeze-laced hot dogs on a Medford Street lawn last week. More to follow after the proceedings.
