So after they built the enormous structure that went way beyond the scope of what was originally presented to the community, the CNC decides to keep neighbors informed? Jesus H Christ. Talk about taking advantage of the neighbors. The CNC has zero respect for anyone in this community, especially the elderly. Roll over BRA, you're snoring. What a joke.

Is this similar to whats happening in other neighborhoods, like South Boston? Shame to think all that housing on Rutherford Ave is going to be demolished. I hope the new housing is LEED Certified.

Seems like this is common practice of the CNC/BRA, first start building then go to the community and see if they accept it!
ex. the Cushman house ,turned into 6 townhouses! Then they have a meeting after construction began, not even explaining that they were taking all the parking on old Rutherford Ave to accommodate the driveways !
And how about now the CNC want to change zoning for the same? Go figure!
If you never gone to a CNC meeting,
they speak first ,then if you are lucky, being a resident with concerns, if ttheir time has not run out and they do not need to go someplace,
Then and only then they will let you speak!
One word "ridiculous"
