The Boston Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Feb. 26 regarding a variance request for 63 Rutherford Ave.
The meeting will be held at 10:30 a.m. at City Hall, Room 801.
Applicant Annette Tecce is seeking a variance under zoning articles 62(52-25) and 62(62-8), Usable Open Space, Rear Yard Insufficient, to change the legal occupancy from design studio and office to a three-family dwelling. The applicant plans to erect a one-story addition to the existing building, add a roofdeck and undergo other renovations.
