Some year ago, a group of Boston firefighters established the Boston Firefighters Burn Foundation. Today, Boston firefighters raise funds every year at Christmas time to help children who have suffered terrible burns from fire. Part of their fund-raising comes from the sale of an annual Christmas Tree Ornament.

The 2012 Limited Edition Collectible Christmas Ornament depicts a young boy with a fire helmet on his head, a baseball and football in his hands and on hockey skates. The young lad represents the many children who have recovered from burns suffered at fires. 

The 2012 Christmas Ornament is available at the St. Francis de Sales Rectory and at all weekend masses for a $15 offering. You may wish to help Boston firefighters in their special work of charity for the burned children victims of fire by purchasing a 2012 Christmas Tree Ornament.
